Rental
Price shown on the site are a
guide, they include
reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating,
flights, car hire, holiday insurance etc. Prices are subject to currency
fluctuations and government action.
Booking Your Villa
To book any of our
homes more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, we require a deposit of £200
/ $300 or 20% whichever is greatest.
Please note once we have sent you your booking confirmation the deposit
payment is non refundable.
A £10.00 / $15.00
booking fee will be applied to your booking invoice.
If you book
any of our homes less than 8 weeks before arrival date the full balance will
be due immediately.
Once
paid the total amount for the rental will automatically become non-refundable.
Pool heat is an optional extra
and is quoted for if requested.
Minimum stay is 4 nights (subject to
homeowner’s discretion) depending on property and season. If you have reserved
a vacation home for less than 7 nights a cleaning fee will be charged (from
$150) depending on home. This will be at the home owner’s discretion, if an
owner declines a min stay reservation we will contact you to move your
reservation to another property with your consent or refund you the renter all
monies paid. No compensation will be given for cancelled reservations for less
than the minimum stay for that property.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable security
deposit of £200 - £350 / $300 - $550 depending on the size of home rented,
must be paid along with your final balance by you regardless of the length
of your stay. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss /
excessive cleaning to the property that is incurred during your rental
period.
Your
security deposit is refunded within 14 days of your departure date.
How to Pay
We can accept
payment by US or UK cheque, Paypal, Credit card via PayPal.
Credit card and Paypal payments are subject to a 4% charge.
Cancellation
/ Refund
In the unlikely event we have to
cancel or relocate your reservation due
to unforeseen circumstances, or a non updated availability calendar, we will
endeavour to place you in a vacation home of similar standard, in the same
resort area, in the unlikely event this is not possible we will refund all
monies paid to Disneytopvillas, Excluding Processing Fee. Under no
circumstances will any compensation be paid to the renter in the event of a
cancellation/relocation of a booking. We reserve the right to substitute
comparable accommodations without notice or liability, should a property
become unavailable for the following reasons: There are emergency maintenance
issues (i.e. broken air conditioning) that would prohibit use, foreclosed, or
damage caused prior to your arrival. Substitutions Disneytopvillas strives to
comply with all reservation requests for specific vacation homes. However, due
to changes in residence ownership, unforeseen mechanical problems, or any
other circumstances, we or no company cannot guarantee a specific rental
property. We reserve the right to change assignments without notice or
liability should a residence become unavailable.
Should you wish to cancel your
booking you should advise Disneytopvillas immediately by e-mail and followed by
a confirmation letter.
In the event of
cancellation we will retain the non refundable booking deposit already paid and
subject to our cancellation policy below we will seek to recover any further
balance due.
In the event of cancellation,
the following charges apply:

Less than 8 weeks - 100%
Rental Charge. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be
covered by your Travel insurance.
If we can
find another booking for the cancelled dates a refund may be possible.
Villa
Availability
Check - in time
after 4:00pm on arrival date (unless owner agrees other)
and must be vacated by 10.00am on your departure date.
All homes operate a NO Pets and No Smoking
policy. While the property will be cleaned upon your departure, you are
expected to carry out responsible care at all times and treat the property
with care and respect. Excessive work by the cleaning team may result in a
charge being deducted from your security deposit.
Entry details and directions
Once full payment is received, you will be issued with full directions
to the property from your arrival airport, whether it be Orlando Int. or
Sanford. Many of our homes now have a key box or digital lock, if this is
the case you will be issued with a code to enter upon your arrival at the
property, otherwise you will be directed to the offices of the management
company to collect the keys. These details will be sent you you within 4
weeks of your arrival date.
Occupancy
It is a condition of booking that the maximum number of occupants does
not exceed the total the property is listed as sleeping and the as stated
on your booking form. Violation of this condition will result in the
termination of the booking, immediate vacation of the property with no
refund.
Safety in the villa.
We do not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the
use of the property and/or pool areas. It is the responsibility of an
adult member of the party to ensure that children are always properly
supervised when in the pool area. Under Florida law, children are not
permitted in the pool area unattended.
Pool/Spa Heating
If you have booked pool /spa heating, then full instructions will be
inside the property upon your arrival. However, pool heating equipment
cannot guarantee the actual temperature of the water as this is dependent
on many factors, including the ambient temperature, weather conditions and
the number of people using the pool.
In certain conditions you may not be able to use the pool heating
equipment at all. We cannot guarantee that the pool heating will actually
heat the pool water to a degree comfortable enough to swim in.
You should also be aware that outdoor pool heating will at its best only
take the chill off the water and heat it slightly. It will not take the
temperature to that of an indoor pool or spa.
Air
Conditioning
Air conditioning will only function if all exterior doors and windows
are kept closed. If they are left open and in turn you try to increase the
system to cool down the property, you will in fact make the system freeze
up and it will take days to get working again. Should this be the case a
charge could be made for any call out and repairs.
Information on this site
All the information listed on this site is accurate to the best of our
knowledge at the time of upload. The closure of any facility mentioned
herein, by reason of factors beyond our control, is not a matter for which
we can be held responsible.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the renter to take out appropriate
insurance to cover all aspects of the vacation, and to ensure that
passports, visas and other documents are in order and valid of the trip.
UK guests are reminded that there is no equivalent to the National Health
Service in Florida. Although most hospitals treat emergencies, thereafter
medical care can be very expensive and we urge you to ensure that your
party have appropriate cover and that you have proof of that readily
available.
