We have a selection of beautiful 3 bedroom , 4
bedroom and 5 bedroom villas located on Florida's stunning Gulf Coast.
The villas are in fantastic locations such as
Rotonda, Englewood, Fort Myers, Cape Haze, Port Charlotte and Sarasota
to name a few.
All the
villas
are decorated and furnished to a very high and individual standard and have private
pools some with stunning lake views.
A number
of villas have a games room , some have a boat dock and
most are just minutes from fantastic beaches, golf and
fishing.
Gulf Coast
If you
are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun then you have found just the
place.
The Gulf
coast of Florida or Florida’s Sun coast as it is also known has all year
sunshine with an average temperature of 72 degrees in January.
This
sun-drenched area has over 35 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches, some
of the best that Florida has to offer.
Englewood Beach has light-colored sand. There
are public toilets, freshwater showers, a playground, sheltered picnic and
barbeque areas and parking.
Close by, but more secluded, is Stump Pass Beach
- a great place to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.This is a
great place for gathering shells and searching for shark's teeth along the
surf edge.
Here you
can just sit and relax gazing out onto the warm turquoise waters of the
Gulf of Mexico, and after a hard day relaxing watch the breathtaking
sunsets as the sun goes down after another perfect day.
What to do
If you
are looking for something a little more energetic, there are many golf
courses, tennis courts and of course a vast array of water sports.
Golf courses around Rotonda
The Hills is
heavily dotted with well-placed water hazards - a true test of accuracy
and course management skills.
The Palms has six
different water hazards, multi-tiered greens, and two of Florida's most
demanding holes - the 15th and 16th.
The Links is an
executive-length course designed by Ted McAnlis with an assortment of
grassy hollows, pot bunkers, multi-fingered sand traps, and triple-tiered
greens.
Long Marsh is
characterized by gently rolling fairways that meander through 300 acres of
natural Florida scrub and holes set amid natural bunkers, lakes and
marshes that are a haven for wildlife.
Shopping
If
shopping is your thing then you should find something to your liking on
Florida’s Gulf coast. From charming shops and boutiques to the fantastic
malls we have it all.
The Port Charlotte Town Center Mall in Port
Charlotte has over one million square feet of retail shopping space and
includes Burdines, Dillard's, JCPenney, Sears as well as Bealls department
store.
There are also the the usual Wal-Mart, Target,
Publix and Winn-Dixie
If after
a busy day you have worked up an appetite then try one of the many
restaurants, everything from fast food outlets to fantastic steakhouses.
Then just sit
back and relax by the pool of your beautiful villa with a glass of wine and recap on a
fantastic day.

The prices shown for our Gulf coast villas are per
week for the villa, (not per person) and include local tax.
Pool heat is an optional extra but is recommended
October to May.
