The villa is situated at Lakeside at Bass Lake. This resort is located on US Highway 27 just 1 mile south of US Highway 192, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. It is an established home site with a mixture of permanent and short stay residents. The site is next to picturesque Lake Davenport. Our Luxury 3 bed/2 bath villa sleeps up to 8 people plus cot, Master bedroom with Queen size bed and TV, bedroom two has a Queen size bed too and bedroom three has twin beds. There is a large sleeper in master bedroom. Close to Disney, Games Room with Pool Table and Air Hockey Table, FREE use of stroller, highchair and cot (by prior arrangement) local phone calls, use of hairdryer, use of satellite TV in family room, Towels and bed linen included, Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, VCR in the family room, CD player, Games, books and toys for a variety of ages, Fully equipped kitchen, Welcome pack, Local management company who care for and clean our villa and are on hand to assist you, Close to PGA Golf courses and Fully air conditioned.
The family room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, lamps, satellite TV, VCR, and PS2, dining table seating six persons and doors leading to the patio area. The kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pots/pans are also provided. There is a telephone providing FREE local calls. Phone cards can be purchased locally. With large washer/dryer for guests use.
The master bedroom is accessed from the family room and contains a Queen size bed (equivalent to UK King size bed), bedside tables and lamps, digital alarm clock, walk-in closet, dressing table with mirror. There is also a TV with local channels. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing basin, large walk-in shower, bath and wc. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests use. This bedroom contains a Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, lamp and large walk-in closet. This bedroom contains twin beds, chest of drawers with lamp, CD player, large walk-in closet. Double Integral Garage The garage is available for guests use. Games Room - New for 2005!!! There is a pool table and air hockey table for guests use.
