Sandy Ridge is perfectly positioned to help you maximise your enjoyment of the attractions. We are near to all the theme parks, being only 10 minutes from Disney's' Main gate and 25 minutes from Universal Studios, yet far enough away to enjoy the conservation area surrounding the community.

The world famous 1,500 acre Champions Gate Golf Resort is a mere 2-3 miles away from our home.   With its fine dining and fabulous courses, golfers are challenged by 36 holes designed by international legend Greg Norman, and enjoy the glorious 35,000 square foot clubhouse.

Champions gate also boasts the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

The main living area of our home has a TV with cable, a DVD with a small selection of family DVDs and there is a music system available should you wish to listen to some music whilst chilling out at the pool. The large 3 seater sofa also converts to a bed should you require.

The villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer along with all other essential equipment required for a cosy night in should you wish.

There is a separate utility area complete with washer, tumble dryer, iron & iron board.

There is a separate dining area with a formal dining table with ample seating for family sit down meals

There are 2 double bedrooms, both complete with TV's which have Cable TV and DVD players and full en-suite facilities.
The twin room has 2 twin beds, again this room comes complete with a Spongebob TV (for the big kid in all of us) with built-in DVD player and Cable TV.

Both the double rooms have en-suite facilities, with a double walk-in shower in both.
The third family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

This home also has a games room, complete with pool table, electronic basketball 'shooting hoops' game and an electronic dart board.

We have a covered lanai for respite from the sun when it gets too hot. With new luxury patio table and chairs, Loungers and Pool side furniture there is ample outdoor seating for all of our guests.
