play area. Our new villa is an ideal base from where to explore everything
Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the
numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing private pool.
Our new villa will be fully air conditioned
throughout and consist of the following:
stylishly furnished lounge with cable TV,
telephone with free local calls. Long distance calls can be made via phone
card. Family room, fully furnished looking out to the pool area.
Dining room Fully fitted kitchen comprising:
cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. A washing machine and tumble
drier are situated in the utility area. Breakfast nook
Master bedroom including King size 4 poster bed,
TV and en suite bathroom, closet.
Second bedroom fully furnished with Queen bed,
closet, TV and en suite bathroom.
The third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedded,
(one is Disney themed ), and share the third bathroom.
The villa will be fully
equipped for, and accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib
/ cot / highchair are available at no extra charge

A playstation and games, CD
player and selection of board games are provided.
For golfers this is the place to be, with an on
site 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse

26'x12' screened pool plus
spa, both of which can be heated if required ( charges apply ) Full
selection of pool furniture provided.
Ample supply of linens and towels are
provided.
Our local management company are on hand 24/7 to
attend to any problems ( unlikely ) should you require them.
