Our
comfortable, well equipped villa, with private swimming pool, is situated
off the US27, 'Gateway to Florida', and is just 12 minutes from Disney's
front door. Ideally situated for easy access to all the attractions, and an
easy drive from both airports. You will find everything you need to have a
great holiday, and quality and comfort to ensure you relax while enjoying
yourself.
The living area provides a place for you
to relax in comfort, after an exciting day out and is where you will find a
good sized Cable TV DVD and a video player - you provide the tapes! Patio
doors lead out to the pool/lanai area. For mealtimes there is formal dining
area, or the breakfast nook which also overlooks the pool. Not forgetting
the covered Lanai for those alfresco meals.
As you would expect, the kitchen is fully
fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we
think you could possibly need; just off the kitchen is the utility room with
a Washer & Drier for your use. The nook contains the Breakfast table that
features bay windows overlooking the pool and covered lanai. There is also a
full sized dinning table and chairs in the great room. We have also added a
Games room, with Pool Table, Air Hockey and 'Foosball' table. We also
provide the following items free to our guest:- Stroller, Pushchair,
Highchair, Rollaway bed, Travel Cot and a safe.
The pool is 28ft x 14ft, complete with
sundeck and a large covered lanai poolside so you can relax in the shade or
dine el fresco in the warm evenings on the luxury patio furniture provided
so you can experience the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is known for.
