Large living, dining area and
open plan kitchen, with doors out onto the covered lanai and extended deck
and pool. The main living area has high vaulted ceilings, giving our villa a
light and airy feeling, a great place for all the family to gather. Luckily
our villa does not back on to other properties and so offers more privacy.
(All doors and windows onto pool area are alarmed for your peace of mind if
you have small children).
The kitchen area is fully
equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All utensils
and crockery are supplied for your use, so you can choose to eat in or out,
no problem. There is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer for
you to use.
The living area and all 4
bedrooms have cable-TV installed and there is a Playstation 2/DVD player.
Bedroom 3 has a Nintendo Game Cube and both Master Bedrooms have DVD
Players. So the kids will be entertained whilst you relax by the pool. There
is also a CD Player for the music lovers amongst you.
The pool area can be accessed
from the living area and the main master en suite. The pool and deck have
been extended, giving ample room for you to sun bathe and there is a covered
lanai for those of you who would prefer to stay out of the Florida sunshine.
We have provided ample sun loungers and chairs in the pool area for our
guests comfort.
