As a location our home at Westbury is situated on Highway 27
just 2 - 3 minutes south of interstate 4 where you can find a variety of
shops and restaurants. Southern Dunes Golf Course is 10 minutes away along
with more shops and restaurants (including Wall marts). Orlando
International Airport is 45 minutes away and Sanford International 1 hour 10
minutes There are many attractions to visit.
Our Florida home will be
brand new for 2005 and is a luxurious air conditioned 4 bed roomed villa
furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Its designed to give maximum
privacy to two families, or parents with children or both). It has, we
believe, three out standing features of great importance to guests, namely a
superb location (approximately 15 minutes from Disney) uninterrupted views
over a newly planted pine forest and orange grove and a full size
(heat-able) swimming pool with a spa bath.
There are
2 living areas (1 with queen size sleeper sofa), the family room also
includes cable TV and DVD There is a formal dining area to seat 6. Cooking
utensils and Linens are provided also Telephone (free local calls), Smoking
NOT allowed, Pets NOT allowed.
We have 4 bedrooms 1 master
bedroom with en-suite a full size bedroom with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms
one of which is decorated in a Disney theme which share a bathroom. The
master bedroom has a TV and 1 of the children's rooms have a TV and play
station.
We have upgraded the pool to 30'x14' private screened pool
with a spa bath which can be heated upon request and there is patio
furniture (also children’s set) so that you can soak up all that glorious
Florida sunshine after a hard day at the theme parks.
