The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you are
likely to need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher

spacious en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. For your

The extended
pool deck overlooks a conservation area and water. Pool heat is recommended
from October through to April. The entire area is fully screened to keeps
out flies, moths etc. while still letting the sunshine in.
The Indian Point development has it's own pool,
tennis courts and children's play area. For keen shoppers, they are ideally
placed for outlet malls, factory stores and the magnificent Florida Mall.
