Our villa is a 4 bed, 2 bath
property located on the popular Indian Point community, which is just off
highway 192, approximately 20 miles south of Orlando. Highway 192 has
undergone major development in the last 15 years and now has many
attractions and shopping facilities, as well as providing direct access into
the Disney parks.
In the lounge there is a
double size sofa bed, this means that the villa can accommodate up to 10
people in comfort. The large living area leads has patio doors to the pool.
Free wireless internet access is usually available. The villa has a fully
fitted kitchen with Oven/hob, fridge/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher,
microwave, waste disposal and all other usual equipment. There are also a
washing machine and dryer, iron and board if needed.
The spacious
master bedroom has access to the pool area and has cable television. There
is a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. The
second bathroom is conveniently located between two of the bedrooms which
makes it ideal for two families sharing. The fourth bedroom has twin beds
whilst the other three all have double beds. All bedrooms have walk in
wardrobes.
The pool area has
an extended deck and has a spa/kiddie pool. For your safety there are alarms
fitted to all doors leading to the pool and deck
The Orlando area boasts
numerous golf courses, many of which are just a few minutes drive away. The
villa has a lovely pool and spa which is not overlooked by other villas.
