This magnificent
five-bedroom, four-bathroom executive Florida villa is on the lovely
development of Highland Reserve. The master bedroom on the first floor is
king-size and has a TV, an ensuite with a marble Roman bath, two vanity
units and a double shower cubicle.
The large
family room has, cable TV, DVD and stereo/cd system. The superbly equipped
kitchen has every convenience for your stay, and also has a TV, breakfast
nook seating four and an island breakfast bar with two bar stools. Apart
from the master ensuite which has its own free-standing cubicle shower,
there are over-bath showers in each bathroom. The extensive living space
includes a formal lounge area with comfortable sofas and a dining room which
seats six. There are a
further two twin bedrooms and one queen with TV, on the first floor, with
two further bathrooms, one of which can be locked off to provide a second
ensuite to one of the bedrooms. There is a large landing area, with seating
and a king-size wrought iron sofa bed and a dresser. The fifth bedroom is on
the ground floor and is a self-contained unit with its own bathroom.
Outside is a very large deck
area and the pool looks out over the golf course and faces west. The pool
has a cover and comfortable pool furniture. On Highland Reserve you also
have the added benefits of a large communal swimming pool, a cafe bar,
tennis courts and a children's playground. Also, soon to be finished, is a
new clubhouse, which will house a restaurant, snack bar, beautician and
other facilities. This is a select and popular location, which is very
convenient for the main Disney attractions, with all your immediate shopping
needs very close by.
