This magnificent

bedroom 3 bathroom villa is located at
Southern Dunes: a quiet, friendly and relaxing neighbourhood. The community
is set on an 18-hole, true gem, Golf Digest 4-star-rated championship golf
course. Even if you do not play golf, Southern Dunes is a great place to
stay because of its natural beauty.
The subdivisions are
separated from each other by the fairways of the golf course. The beauty of
Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a "country club"
atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only twenty minutes away from
Disney's main gate and central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the
traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney). You'll have the best of
both worlds.
Sleeping up to 8 adults and 2
infants in cribs, the villa is tastefully furnished and boasts 2 master
bedrooms, each with cable TV an en suite and either a King or Queen sized
bed. Two double bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom making it suitable for 2
families to enjoy without falling over one another. The living area has a
formal dining table, informal eating area and full kitchen.
A CD player DVD PS2, darts,
full size pool table, air hockey table fussball (Football) and poker are all
available for your enjoyment. As parents ourselves, we know you don't want
to carry too much so we have a crib/cot, high chair and stroller so you
don't need your own.
As well as all the attractions Florida has
to offer your stay at our villa will benefit from discounted golf, tennis,
fishing 2 communal pools and a fully fitted gym within Southern Dunes and
the largest Wal-Mart you have ever seen is just a 5 minute stroll away.
There is no excuse not to come, we can help you find cheaper flights,
discounted tickets you just bring your family and have a 'magical' time.
The oversized pool is south
facing and private with a covered lanai to enjoy Florida’s sun from sunrise
to sunset on the large deck. AMENITIES Inside Southern Dunes you'll
have local amenities that include tennis courts, a heated community pool, a
play area, fishing lake, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar is just a
few minutes stroll. Just minutes away you'll find a supermarket and Wal-Mart
at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27. Disney 20mins, Sea
World 20mins, Universal Studios 25mins, Florida Mall 20mins, Beaches 70
miles.
