This stunning 4
bedroom/3bathroom villa is situated on a large corner plot on the tranquil
Orange Tree community nestled amongst working orange groves. We are just two
miles from the US192 and within easy reach of the I4. Disney is only 10
minutes away, Universal and other major attraction are 25 minutes, Orlando
airport is 35 minutes. A drive to the coast and the beach will take been 45
and 75 minutes. Our villa has been tastefully furnished for your comfort,
with two family rooms one of which leads out onto a large pool area with a
heated swimming pool and spa. There is a covered lanai area for those that
like to escape the sun, but there is plenty of room for sunbathing for those
that want. The villa also has a large master bedroom with king size bed
which also leads out onto the pool area and en-suite bathroom with a roman
bath, walk in shower and separate toilet. There is a further double bedroom
with a queen size bed also with an en-suite bathroom which doubles as a pool
bath. There are two further twin bedrooms and further bathroom. We have a
spacious dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a nook area which
also leads out onto the pool area. There is a pantry and numerous closets.

Executive Dream Stay villa is a stunning villa situated on a large corner
plot and has every amenity to make your stay both pleasant and memorable. We
are 10 minutes from DISNEY, 25 minutes from UNIVERSAL and 35 minutes from
ORLANDO AIRPORT. We are located on Highway 27 north of the 192 within easy
reach of most of what the area has to offer (RESTAURANTS, THEME PARKS,
SHOPPING, GOLF COURSES etc).
All your requirements will be
met down to clean towels and linen and every utensil you will need. Our
gourmet kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, range cooker,
microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. We also have a washer and dryer.
The dining room is ideal for formal dining and the nook is perfect for
breakfast especially as we are surrounded by working orange groves so you
will be able to pick your own oranges for that early morning glass of orange
juice. Our villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your stay.
If you have any special requirements or would like something that we have
not mentioned please do not hesitate to ask as we have an excellent
management company who will be on hand for you if problems arise.
