The villa was constructed in 2002, so it is in pristine condition, The luxury villa has 2 beautifully furnished lounge areas with cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. One lounge has formal dining area. It has a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven and hob, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and all utensils etc. Also in the kitchen area is a table and chairs. There is a large Living Room with formal Dining Area for six and additional Family Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Breakfast/nook Area. TV Lounge leading out on to the Pool and Decking.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, TV and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower and door leading to pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV with Playstation 2. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds. All have fitted closets with ample hanging space, and furnished to a high standard. The property has a telephone provided allowing for free local calls, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available locally.

For families with smaller children cots, highchairs and strollers are available. These items require pre-booking as follows: Cots $15/£9 per week - $25/£15 for two weeks, Highchair $15/£9 per week - $25/£15 for two weeks, Stroller $10/£6 per week - $15/£9 for two weeks, Or the full baby package can be provided inclusive of all of the above for $35/£20 per week or $55/£32 for two weeks. This superb Dream home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard in typical Floridian style. The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc and an iron and ironing board are provided along with hair dryer etc.

The pool area is fully screened with a range of pool furniture.
