This lovely vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms with 2 master suites, a large family room, a dining room, and an
open kitchen overlooking both. The pool area has plenty of privacy, with
only trees behind the house, and a comfortable patio so you can relax in the
shade whilst the children (or adults!) play in the pool. The entire villa is
centrally air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable living and sleeping
environment even at the height of summer. Very
quiet, peaceful and relaxing, you could not be in a better location, So
quiet you would not believe you are only 2 minutes from junction 55 of
Interstate 4 on highway 27 south of Disney, from this junction you can
travel down the I4 10 minutes to the main entrance to all the Disney parks.
From junction 55 travel north/west on the I4 for 50 minutes this will take
you to Busch gardens and a little further the Gulf coast.
Convenience, comfort, privacy, relaxation - this
" magnificent" recently built (2003) luxury executive vacation home provides
all of this and more! This lovely vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms with 2 master suites, a large family room, a dining room, and an
open kitchen overlooking both. The pool area has plenty of privacy, with
only trees behind the house, and a comfortable patio so you can relax in the
shade whilst the children (or adults!) play in the pool. The entire villa is
centrally air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable living and sleeping
environment even at the height of summer.
The open plan living room has
easy access to the pool area, two comfortable sofas (one of which easily
converts to a double bed), occasional tables and a cable TV / VCR / DVD and
a stereo radio / CD player making it the ideal place to relax after a busy
day at the parks. The kitchen is open plan and has been fully equipped with
a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge / freezer (with icemaker), washing
machine and tumble dryer. All kitchen equipment, including cutlery, pans,
crockery and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a breakfast bar with 3
stools and a dining area and table with 6 additional chairs.
The sleeping accommodation
includes 2 large and attractive bedrooms, each having Queen size beds, built
in wardrobes and additional drawer space. The Master bedroom also features a
walk-in closet. Both of the Master bedrooms have TV's with cable. Both main
bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom
both have access to the pool area which is ideal for showering after
swimming. The other two bedrooms which are attractively decorated for
children have 2 single beds in each, built in wardrobes, and have a separate
family bathroom. (bedroom 3 has a TV with cable) All bed linen and towels
are included. NEW GAMES ROOM ADDED with full size pool table, air hockey and
electronic darts.
Our larger than average (upgraded) pool
is in a very private position and is not overlooked. The pool area features
a terrace and its position means that it catches the sun all day. The pool
(28 x 14 ft, 3 – 5 ft deep) has underwater lighting, extended deck, patio
furniture and a covered lanai which gives protection from insects but still
ensures you get a suntan!. All doors to the pool area are alarmed which is
peace of mind for those of you that have small children. The pool has a gas
heater (available at extra cost), which provides a nice comfortable swimming
experience in the cooler months. The pool heater is recommended from
November to the end of March
