bed villa is situated at Lake
Berkley, Kissimmee, and
is one of the best.
The palm tree swaying in the front of this home bids you to enter this
beautiful one story home set in a quiet, secure gated community 10 to 15
minutes from Disney.
If your lucky our local Sandhill Cranes
will also pop by to welcome you. The floral arrangement greeting you in the
foyer and the cool tile floor sets the pace for this home. It says "Florida
living" at its best. To the right just as you enter this home, the garage
contains the washer and dryer so that the kids can be kept in clean clothes.
The garage also contains a child's high chair and stroller, for your use
during your stay, so that you won't get tired carrying the wee ones all
around the Magic Kingdom.
The tiled theme begun in the
foyer carries on through the dining room. There is a giant wine rack
standing beside a wrought iron and wicker table and six chairs. This formal
area sets a cool, reserved tone for the home. Below the window, there is a
seat built in so that extra people can join in the festivities at the table,
or it can be used as a place for a quick get away place to write a note
home.
The tiled floor theme is
continued throughout the kitchen. It sure makes for an easy clean up after a
spill. The marble counter tops sit above natural oak styled cabinets and
contain a stainless steel double sink. The teapot, coffee pot, blender,
knife board, canisters, and four slice toaster are all sitting on the
counter waiting for you to use them. Come on in and make a cup of coffee!!
The master bedroom has a king
size bed and large chest of drawers, and is off the living room. There is a
television in a corner unit for you to watch and unwind after a long day at
the parks. It has ensuite facilities, with a walk-in shower, full corner
tub, and a separate toilet. There is a large walk-in closet with a baby crib
for which there is no charge.
After a day of fun at the
parks, while you relax by the pool, let the children unwind in our well
equipped games room which includes, Air hockey, Fuzzball, Pool, Darts
various board games and basketball. There is also a Playstation 2 console in
the villa. Older children can enjoy some poker or roulette in our gaming
area.
So whether you want to sit by
the pool and relax after a busy day at the parks or just spend the day
lounging around enjoying the sun for a while and going to all the designer
outlets for the afternoon, Lake Berkley is the place to do it.
