Our luxurious 4 bedroom villa, located on Indian
Ridge, close to the 192 Interstate Highway, is all that you want in a
vacation villa - whether partially or fully self catering.
Indian Ridge is a quiet residential community,
featuring a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, baseball
diamond etc, and is only a few minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants,
bars and numerous places of entertainment.
There are plenty of golf courses in the area -
the nearest is Mystic Dunes Golf Course, just 3 minutes away.
A family lounge and a further
lounge provide plenty of space for relaxing. A separate Dining Area
accommodates for more formal dining - when not eating at a nearby
restaurant, or trying the BBQ.
The kitchen has breakfast
table and chairs, a large ‘fridge/freezer, large family size cooker,
microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc., numerous cooking utensils
and china. The double garage houses a family sized automatic washing machine
and separate tumble dryer.
Being fully air conditioned it is ideal
for ’re-charging’ during the heat of the day (particularly for little ones).
All linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided, and our local
management company ensure everything is ready for our guests' arrival.
Our villa has its own private
south facing pool, ideal for relaxing in between busy days at the parks
(Disney is close enough to pop home during the day for a few hours rest
before 'hitting the park' again in the evening). We regret that smoking and
pets are not allowed in the villa.
