This beautiful 4 bedroom villa sleeps 8-10 and

INTERNET ACCESS. Extra decking makes a more spacious area and superb views
overlooking the 4th fairway of the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Club, NOW
HAS 24hr SECURITY Two master bedrooms both with en suite Queen size beds. In
addition there are 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. A queen sofa bed
(with comfortable mattress) is provided for extra sleeping. Ceiling Fans in
lounge, all bedrooms and Lanai. Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Satellite
TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher,
Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer,

The Great Room - This
room is fully carpeted with a bay window at the side. The main dining area
is at the front of the villa and comprises a formal dining table and 6
chairs, feature light fitting, smoke detector, floral display and pictures.
The lounge overlooks the pool and fourth fairway of the golf course. The
furniture comprises a 3 seat sofa bed and 2 seat sofa, with 2 end tables and
table lamps, a coffee table, entertainment centre with 25" television and
VCR/DVD player (Videos/DVD's can be hired from Blockbusters), Hi-fi with CD
player, selection of books and games, toddlers playthings, ceiling fan,
picture, floral display and floor plant.
The Breakfast Nook -
The nook has a table and 4 chairs, overhead light fitting and overlooks the
pool.
Kitchen - The kitchen
is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker,
dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waste disposal unit,
telephone, enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for 12 place settings and
plenty of cooking equipment and utensils. Internet enabled TV.
Master Bedroom - Fully
carpeted with a queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, table lamps, a chest of
drawers, 19" television, mirror, clock/radio, telephone, floor plant, floral
display, picture and smoke detector. There is also a door leading to a large
walk-in closet and patio doors leading to the covered lanai and pool area.
The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has an external door leading to the
pool area, washbasin, large walk in shower, toilet, a lit large mirror and
vanity unit
Second Master Bedroom
- Fully carpeted with a queen size bed, bedside cabinet, table lamp, chest
of drawers, 19" television, clock radio, smoke detector, picture, greenery
basket and large fitted wardrobe. It's en-suite bathroom comprises bath with
shower attachment, toilet, basin, large lit mirror and vanity unit.
Third & Fourth Bedroom
- Fully carpeted with twin beds, chest of drawers, table lamp, picture,
greenery basket, smoke detector and large fitted wardrobe.
Swimming Pool - The
pool and jacuzzi are within the screened patio area and is protected by a
safety fence. This is removable for adult only parties but current law
states it should be kept in position if children are present. The pool has
built-in lighting and heating which is necessary during the winter months.
The pool has built-in steps and handrail at one end. It is serviced and
maintained by our management company on a regular basis. Pool/ jacuzzi heat
is available if required at $125/$50 USD per week. Relax and enjoy yourself
in your own private pool overlooking the 4th Fairway. Perfectly positioned
to catch the sun throughout the day and complete with sun loungers, table
and chairs for enjoying the beautiful evening sunsets.
Garage - A door at the
back of the garage leads directly into the corridor behind the kitchen.
Apart from the air conditioning unit the garage also contains the washing
machine, tumble drier, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, clothes airer,
vacuum cleaner. Children's buggy and highchair. BBQ & mat for use on pool
deck.
Safety and Security At The
Villa - Our villa has smoke detectors and an intruder/burglar alarm.
There is a safety fence between the villa and the pool, which will prevent
youngsters running from the house into the pool. This fence can be removed
if not needed. Gated security entrance to the Southern Dunes Community,
manned 24 hours every day. Telephone Calls - All local calls are dialled
free from the villa. All other numbers can be called using a pre-paid card
from any supermarket or petrol/gas station or our management team. Smoking
Policy - We respectfully request that guests only smoke in the pool area for
the comfort of future guests. Plastic ash trays are provided. Pets - Pets
are NOT permitted in the villa or pool area.
