This Brand New 4 bed/3 bath
luxurious villa is located on the new Magic Landings, only 15-20 mins from
Disney and only a couple mins from shops and restaurants. We are only 20
mins from Orlando International and about 50 mins from Sanford Airport.
The villa has 2 main bedrooms
with en-suites, both have beautiful four poster beds, plenty of closet space
and also have access to pool area overlooking the lake at the back. All
bathrooms have a hairdryer.
The two twin rooms share a bathroom, all the bedrooms have TV's, three have
satellite and one has PS2 with a selection of games.
The lounge also has a sofa bed, so the villa can accommodate up to 10 people
very easily, great for two families, there are also two cots.
Whilst staying in our villa you can relax in our
very comfortable lounge with satellite TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is just off the lounge with all the usual mod cons.
The dining table seats up to 6 people and the breakfast bar seats another 2,
we also have 2 highchairs.
The laundry room is also off the kitchen with washer and dryer, Iron and
board.
We have recently added a games room with pool
table, air hockey, table football and dartboard.
The pool and spa area has an
extended deck, although not south facing, enjoys the sun all day from early
morning.
There are alarms fitted to all doors leading to pool area.
