Conveniently located in Florida Pines, a peaceful community ideally located
on highway 27, providing easy access to all Central Florida can offer. The
villa is only 3 minutes drive from Interstate 4, providing access to Walt
Disney World Resort, with its 4 theme parks, water parks, shopping and
entertainments in less than 15 minutes. All other Orlando attractions
(Universal, Sea World, International Drive etc) can be reached in less than
30 minutes and both Floridian coasts are little more than an hours drive
away.
The villa has two spacious
lounges, each tastefully decorated and equipped with luxurious furniture,
cable TVs, VCR/DVD players and Hi-Fi system. The main lounge has a large
6-seater dining suite in addition to twin and triple settees. The family
lounge has a large sofa bed and armchair and opens out onto the pool/patio
area.
The
large fully-fitted kitchen has all the latest labour saving devices,
including fridge/freezer/icemaker, electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave
toaster, coffee-maker etc. There is also an additional 4-seater
‘breakfasting’ table and ample cutlery crockery pots/pans to ensure all the
comforts of home and a perfect dream holiday for up to 10 holiday-makers.
The luxury themed bedrooms are a particular feature of our
villa. All bedrooms are equipped with TV/VCR players and have plenty of
drawer and hanging storage. The king-size master bedroom provides luxury
rarely encountered on vacation and has a large en-suite bathroom with sunken
bath and separate shower WC. An additional queen sized and two modern twin
bedrooms plus separate bathroom are provided. We also supply a cot and high
chair at no extra cost.Our villa
has a beautiful westerly facing pool/patio area for lazy afternoons/evenings
enjoying the Floridian weather. The pool can be heated if required and is
fully screened to ensure no distractions from the Floridian insects.
Florida Pines also benefits from a children's playground and adjacent wooded
BBQ area together with a large community pool for the exclusive use of
residents. For the more energetic there are more than 30 golf courses nearby
