This executive level villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas and 2000sq. ft of space to relax in. We have ensured that it has all the facilities you could want to make your vacation a relaxing one, the villa is fully prepared and so the only item you need to bring along is yourself. Features include luxurious contemporary furnishings throughout this fully air-conditioned villa, plus five televisions, including one in each bedroom all with full cable service

.Spacious Kitchen The fully fitted kitchen has everything you will need including a range (cooker), large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. It also features a breakfast table and chairs. To keep you further entertained the villa also has a multi CD Hi-Fi system, DVD player, Microsoft Xbox with many games and much more. If you need to keep in touch with your business or family and friends while on vacation the villa also has high-speed DSL wireless internet access and a high-specification Dell computer all included at no extra charge.
 

Master Bedroom Featuring a king sized bed and en-suite with a bath/shower plus twin wash basins. A large walk-in-closet, cable television and ceiling fan complete this elegantly furnished room.

Second Bedroom This tastefully appointed room has a queen sized bed and an en-suite with bath/shower and built-in wardrobes. The room also has cable television and ceiling fan.

The villa has a 28x15ft pool with large deck and lanai plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on. At night the underwater floodlighting can illuminate both pools. To protect children from accessing the pool a safety fence is in place across the deck.

The fabulous spa pool is the place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, especially after a busy day at the theme parks. Both pools can be heated (recommended during the cooler winter months) for an additional charge.
