Alternatively why not spend the day in the superb new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema, situated on Highway 27 just 7 miles away.

Our spacious villa has been superbly furnished to a very high standard throughout, with upgraded furniture in every room. The Pool and raised Spa is surrounded by a large extended deck area that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s safety.
 

There is a Large luxurious Family Room, with comfortable seating, TV with Cable TV and DVD Player and DVD’s PlayStation 2 + Games Board Games and Patio doors which open out to the beautiful Pool/Spa area. Elegant Dining Room, with table and chairs providing ample seating. The Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery, and most other kitchen utensils. Separate Utility Area, includes Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Games Room, Excellent place for kids to enjoy when even Disney World gets just too much!! The Superb Pool Area and extensive sun terrace includes a lovely raised Spa. It is also equipped with upgraded Patio table, Chairs plus Sun Loungers.

The villa has a South facing Pool and has an extended patio area. There is also a covered area with ceiling fan to provide some shade.
Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required. Pricing on request.

The resort amenities include a Community Club House with flat screen TV and a large lounge area. There is also a play area, tennis courts, volley ball court, cyber cafe and games room. Plus, if you feel that a day out at the attractions is just not enough, why not try out the state of the art fitness room to keep you in shape!! There is a restaurant proposed for Summer 2007. Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities for the duration of their stay!!

Area: Tuscan Hills is situated on the US27 just off of the 192 in Davenport, Orlando. The villa is in a gated community just 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Gates. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and the many championship golf courses. There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just 5 minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, Pharmacy, Gas Station, DVD Store and Bank. If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 160 holes to be found within a 10 minute radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses.
