Our 3
Bed 2 Bathroom Southern Heaven Villa is based in the beautiful Southern
Dunes Golf and Country Club just off the US27. There is gated access with
24hr security. There are three communal pools, tennis courts, children’s
play area, gym and library available free of charge for our guests. There is
a large Walmart just in front of Southern Dunes and lots of local places to
eat and shop.
Living Room: The living room is a lovely spacious area and consists of 2
sofas one of which is a double sofa bed. There are also side tables and
lamps. The living room had a TV with Cable and games console. Dining
Area: Table and chairs are provided for you and looks out onto the pool
area through the double doors. Crockery and Utensils are provided to ensure
you enjoy your meals and all cooking facilities are included in the kitchen
area Kitchen: Within the kitchen there is a fridge freezer with ice
making facility, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Electric Kettle, 4 slice
toaster, Teapot and Coffee maker. There is also all the necessary cooking
equipment as well as all the crockery that you will need.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is has an en suite bathroom with
bath, Shower facility, sink and vanity unit, mirror, medicine cabinet and
WC. The bed is Queen Size and there are also two chests of draws and a walk
in Wardrobe for your use. An additional TV with Cable is located within the
master bedroom. All linen is provided. Double Bedroom: This room has
a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of draws and a lamp. All linen is
provided and extra pillows are available in the linen cupboard. Twin
room: Here there are 2 single beds and a chest of draws with lamp and
again fitted Wardrobes. All linen is provided. Bathroom: The bathroom
consists of a bath with shower facility, Sink with vanity unit and mirror,
medicine cabinet and WC. All towels are provided but please do not remove
these from the villa. There is a washing Machine and Dryer, Ironing Board
and Iron.
Pool
area: The pool area has a safety fence for your protection and the
protection of others. The Pool has a cover and reel and is regularly cleaned
and treated. There are table and chairs and 2 sunloungers for your use.
Games Room: Pool Table. Electronic darts board, Air hockey and a
Basketball game have all been provided for your entertainment. Board games
are also available in the TV cabinet in the living area. Also provided:
All Linen is provided including towels however these should not be
removed from the villa.
