Our villa is a 2 storey, 4 Bed/2.5 Bath Executive Villa which will easily
accommodate 8/10 guests in absolute comfort. Fully air conditioned the
property offers total privacy and space to relax and enjoy your vacation.
This spacious (2,000 sq. ft.) luxury home has been tastefully furnished
throughout. We have recently re furnished the lounge area with new sofas and
tables. At the rear of the property the totally south facing 26'x12'
optionally heated pool enjoys the sun all day. Surrounding the pool is an
extended deck area, a covered lanai, and plenty of new deep seated lounge
chairs. The deck area also has a new table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The villa is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of
Hotels and Restaurants. The villa is in full compliance with state safety
standards. These include: smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and an alarm
on the doors from the lounge to the pool deck. Our management company is on
call should you encounter any problems with your stay, and the home is
maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and
pool services.
